What is this?

Spiritual practice is defined as the intentional and conscious engagement in a regular ritual or activity with the purpose of connecting to a Higher, Non-material Reality. It can be experiential, creative, and/or reflective, and often involves chanting, mantras, meditation, and/or mindfulness exercises. Spiritual practice is typically done either in a group setting or alone, with the intention of cultivating inner peace, self-compassion, and being in alignment with the Divine. It is an essential tool for personal growth, healing, and development and an important part of expanding individual consciousness.
